The Monolith Rosé

The Monolith Rosé is a unique blend that is refermented on cherry and raspberry pomace. The cherries and raspberries are first used in another blend, but still with lots to give, they get a second use in this blend. The pomace imparts subtle and refined cherry and raspberry character with emphasis on the soft tannins and the nutty seed flavours. The result is a blend with round structured acidity and beautifully balanced bright fruit character reminiscent of Rosé wines.
