The Monolith Rosé

The Monolith Rosé 2024 is the second iteration of The Monolith Rosé. This blend of 1- & 2-year Mixed Fermentation barrels was refermented on cherry pomace. The cherries are first used in another blend, but still with lots to give, they get a second use in this blend. The pomace imparts subtle and refined cherry, marzipan and cinnamon aromas, with emphasis on the so  tannins and the bright cherry and nutmeg flavours on the finish. The result is a blend with lively, tart acidity and beautifully balanced fruit character reminiscent of rosé wines. We hope you like it!
