On the palate, it is soft and elegant, with a persistence that in the aftertaste brings us back to the red fruit we had previously encountered, but which ranges from peach peel to raspberry and small berries almost like jam. On the mid-palate, it is elegant, soft, and refined. The finish
is striking, with a strong backbone of robust components, great savory flavors, and a pleasant freshness.
