Spontaneous Manifesto 2023

Spontaneous Manifesto is the Monolith’s quintessential 100% Spontaneous Fermentation beer. Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, the result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple & citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity.

This beer won a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyon in 2025 in the Lambic And Gueuze category, and silver at the 2025 World Beer Cup® in the Belgian-Style Sour Ale category.
