Tasting Notes: Medium lemon in colour, the nose is quite austere. Acidity is the backbone of the wine with intense minerality and citrus fruits. Santorini’s unique terroir also provides a distinct mineral taste, alongside flavours of citrus fruits and peach. Petrol and honey hints
appear, known notes in aged Assyrtiko.
 

Food Pairing: Best served at 10-11C. Pairs excellently with seafood, salads, white meat and light sauces.
