Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in colour, the bouquet of this Pinot Grigio is pleasant and delicate with a suggestion of apple and figs. On the palate it is dry and velvety with a slight aftertaste of bitter almond. It has good acidity and is persistent on the palate.

Food Pairing: Pairs with sweet BBQ sauce, spicy rice dishes, 
creamy cheese and fruit based desserts. Ideal serving 
temperature: 10-12°C.
