Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a traditional Italian wine whose vine is grown in various Italian regions and finds its natural environment in Friuli Venezia Giulia and the North-East. It is part of the larger Refosco family, where it stands out for its peculiarities.

The production starts from a harvest early in the morning, a choice dictated by the will to protect the raw material from any oxidation processes. Maceration takes place in the cellar with the help of iron tanks and the use of selected yeasts.
The maceration and alcoholic fermentation process last seven days before the racking and the grapes are softly pressed.

The next step is decanting, which provides aeration procedures to guarantee natural clarification. When a perfect state of ripeness is reached, the wine can be bottled.
