The Chardonnay grapes come from a single vineyard that was planted in '83 in the Lieu-dit “Les Jutees”, close to the village on the Oger side, facing due South. The Champagne showcases a delicate balance of richness and austerity, with notes of honeycomb, orange blossom, and truffle, offering a long, taut, and complex finish.
