L’assemblage offers a bright golden yellow hue with fine bubbles. The nose reveals hints of fresh pastry, Williams pear, and yellow tropical fruits. On the palate, it’s fresh and delicate with a balanced acidity, showcasing notes of red berries, ripe citrus, almonds, nuts and brioche. The finish is elegant with a lingering minerality. The Champagne is comprised of 70-80% wines of the current vintage and 20-30% reserve wines.
