The colour of this wine is red with violet reflections. The aroma of red fruit immediately stands out, notes of cherry, red currant and then hints of violet flowers. The palate is lively, fresh, intriguing with good persistence, followed with silky and well integrated tannins. The wine stopper is derived from sugar cane! We use this to enhance the oxygen post-bottling control in order to protect the wine aromas from oxidation.
