The wine is brilliant straw yellow, hints of pear, quince, wildflower honey, summer floral
perceptions. A wide mouth, with good structure and good acidity. A wine that is easy and
satisfying to drink. The wine stopper is derived from sugar cane! We use this to enhance the
oxygen post-bottling control in order to protect the wine aromas from oxidation.
