Canadian Gin No. 13 is a dry gin inspired by the great journey across Canada, built around an aromatic  exploration on of the country’s 10 provinces and 3 territories. Crafted by Distillerie Arsenal & Co. in Quebec, it brings together a distinctive selection on of pan-Canadian botanicals, plants, and flowers to create a gin that is botanical, floral, and rooted in Canadian terroir. 

Juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, sweet gale, lovage, clove pepper, wild caraway, black spruce needles, sweet fern, bergamot, lavender, goldenrod, sage, white spruce shoot, lemon verbena, and wild rose. 

A clean, aroma c dry gin with bright botanical character and so floral li . Notes of wild herbs, spruce, citrus verbena, lavender, sage, and wild rose create a fresh, expressive profile with a distinctly Canadian sense of place. The overall impression is fragrant, crisp, and herbaceous, with a natural floral finish
