A blend of five of Giant Steps’ most iconic vineyards: Tarraford, Sexton, Primavera, Applejack and Bastard Hill. The wine is wild fermented in French Oak Puncheons, the wine exhibits aromas of gently grilled nuts, confit lemon and a touch of struck match. The palate is chalky, tensile and long.
