Fruitful Pursuits: Plum 2022

For Fruitful Pursuits: Plum 2022 we used hundreds of kilograms of Damson and President plums grown in the Okanagan. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels referments on the fruit for 2 months resulting in robust plum flavours, subtle baking spice notes, and a beautiful rose colour. This is highlighted by a balanced tart acidity and velvety plum skin tannins.
