A dry, refreshing rosé from Portugal's Vinho Verde DOC, grown on granite soils just 15 km from the Atlantic coast and harvested by hand in mid-September to preserve freshness and grape integrity. Pale pink in colour, it opens with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and watermelon, supported by subtle pink grapefruit, wild rose petal and white flowers. A faint wet-stone mineral tone and crushed sea salt nuance reflect the wine's Atlantic-influenced terroir. The palate is light-bodied and crisp, with lively acidity providing structure and definition. Fresh red-berry and melon flavours carry through to a clean, saline, mineral-edged finish. Fermented in stainless steel with fine lees contact before bottling, this is a pristine, primary-fruit driven rosé with no oak influence — exactly in line with classic Vinho Verde production. Residual sugar of 3 g/L keeps it firmly in dry territory. Best served well chilled at 8–10°C. A versatile choice for retail or by-the-glass programs, pairing particularly well with seafood crudo, margarita pizza, citrusy pasta, salads, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, lighter poultry dishes and mildly spiced cuisine.
