Brewing: First launched in 2013 the Premium Pilsner is produced from high quality ingredients – malt from two-row summer barley and six-row winter barley, fine varieties of hops, yeast and crystal-clear artesian water from Parnassos. It is fermented within the framework of a specialized and full controlled system.

Tasting Notes: This pilsner has rich, long-lasting foam and aromas dominated by hops with notes of citrus fruits and flowers. It is full bodied and easy to drink with an aftertaste of delicate bitterness.

Food Pairing: Particularly suited to flavorsome, smokey food, such as BBQ, spicy chicken, game meats, matured cheese and rich fish dishes.
