Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, two of Burgundy's most celebrated vignerons, recognized that special sites exist in Minervois, and they had a vision to bring out the best of those sites with Burgundian philosophy, growing and vinification. This Carignan-Syrah-Grenache blend grows on clay-limestone terroir facing due south, where the blindingly clear white limestone of Agel gives wines of great energy.
