Merlot I.G.P. Trevenezie is the expression of a winemaking tradition that, in Italy, has its roots above all in the North East.

The story of Merlot begins early in the morning to preserve the quality of the grapes to be harvested.
This is the first step, followed by maceration in the cellar. The process takes place inside steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts. Now the fermentation takes place, and the must gets the chemical-physical properties of the grape from contact with the skins. A week later, the wine is drawn off and softly pressed.

The next phase is storage management decanting with aeration to clear the wine. Before bottling, it is necessary to wait for the maturation, and only two months later, the wine can be marketed.
