Tasting Notes:  The nose is expressive with aromas of cherry,  blackcurrant, blackberry, violet and a hint of raspberry. A powerful, full-bodied wine, it is tannic, straightforward, intense and complex. It has a long finish with a noticeable Oak profile. 

Food Pairing:   Perfect for a BBQ! This wine needs flavour, pair with all grilled
red meats or saucy dishes. Excellent with a cheese board or cheese heavy
dish. Serve at 17°C.
