Viva Mexico represents 5 generations of agave farmers and 3 generations of tequila producers in Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco. The first tequila of the distillery to implement the tahona, a traditional volcanic stone wheel used to mill the agave. Fermented with fibers with wild yeast in traditional pine vats. A delightful sip bursting with citrus, minerals, and a light peppery spice followed by a long finish of sweet cooked agave.
