Viva Mexico represents 5 generations of agave farmers and 3 generations of tequila producers in Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco. Appearance: Excellent transparency and clarity, evidently full-bodied in the glass. Aroma: A clear tequila with vegetal agave notes, mint, olive trees and olives, and roasted agave. Light hints of a combination of spices including cinnamon and pepper. Flavour: A classically made tequila gives way to a balance of raw and cooked agave, offering elements such as mint, spearmint, olives; with a slight citric note. A sweet finish of cooked agave, and light, spicy pepper that confirms a balanced tequila.
