Viva Mexico represents 5 generations of agave farmers and 3 generations of tequila producers in Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco. Fermented with wild yeast without fibers in traditional pine vats. Complex and mineral. Some bright, dry citrus followed by mint, anise and a long finish full of buttery, sweet cooked agave.
