Very elegant nose with delicate aromas of citrus fruits, ripe pear, golden apple with a hint of bread crust. Light to medium body, refreshing on the palate with citrus flavours, white flowers, stone fruits and exotic fruits. Fine and dense perlage with a nice sapidity. 
Extremely enjoyable wine, refreshing and easy to drink, with a touch of sweetness.

Perfect as aperitif with different antipasti, or with seafood first courses. Great also on its own 
like a proper party wine and it could be used in cocktails recipes as well.
