Un Petit Peu: Spontaneous is a new iteration of one of our earliest releases, Un Petit Peu. It is the first time we have returned to a favourite combination of hops, Barbe Rouge & Mistral. This vintage changes it up by pairing these unique French hops with a blend of 1, 2, 3 & 4 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels. The result is intense floral, honey, and melon aromatics, red berry, bitter citrus, and herbaceous flavours, which complement the bright acidity of spontaneous fermentation. .
