We use 100% Albertan Rye grain, age it in 20kg of fresh cinnamon sticks, proof it down and add a touch of our secret simple syrup for that key sweetness! This isn't like those "Cinnamon Whiskies" out there, we don't even claim it to be a whisky, ours is a "Rye Liqueur", and in our opinion, it doesn't need to be a whisky when it's this delicious!
