A grand terroir of burning sun and cool clay-limestone soils, this special site grows 120-year-old Carignan, 55-year-old Carignan, 30-year-old Syrah and 17-year-old Grenache. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed in the Burgundy style then aged 80% in barrels and 20% in stainless steel.
