The Céleste cuvée is harvested from gravelly soils, vinified and aged in vats.  This ruby-hued wine offers subtle aromas of red fruit. With a lovely presence on the palate and supple, harmonious tannins, this wine pairs wonderfully with charcuterie from Touraine, white meat, and even better as an aperitif.
