TENUTA BRICCO SAN GIORGIO ROSSOMORA BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIORE DOCG 750ML

100% Barbera from the Vinchio region of Piedmont.

Ruby red with garnet hues, the bouquet is fruity and spicy. On the palate this is a full bodied wine that is soft and broad with a long finish.

Harvested the second half of September, the grapes are then vinified in stainless steel tanks for 10 days of maceration with soft damping of the cap. Aged 12 months in barriques followed by 6-8 months in the bottle.

Pairing Notes: Cured meats, filled pastas and red meat.
