100% Barbera from the Vinchio region of Piedmont.

Ruby red with violet hues, the bouquet is clean and fruity (fresh red fruit). On the palate this structured wine has a soft and persistent finish with clear varietal characteristics.

Harvested the second half of September, the grapes are then vinified in stainless steel tanks for 10 days of maceration with soft damping of the cap. Aged 8 months in steel tanks followed by 6-8 months in the bottle.

Pairing Notes: Red meat, game and mature cheese.
