Saskatchewan bred, grown at Birch Hills, Certified Organic haskap berries were pressed from skins then fermented like a clean rosé in 2018, full strength without dilution, for a wine low in tannins. NSA no sulphite added. Very dark red flavonoids. Flavourful, tart and sweet in balance. Full and Luscious.
