100% white grapes from 3 different varieties, harvested at a slightly overripe stage, gave rise to this edition of Sweet Creations. The grapes were hand-picked and transported in small boxes, carefully selected on a conveyor belt, without destemming, and with direct pressing of the whole bunches. For this wine, we used exclusively the free-run juice.

Fermentation in a small-capacity stainless steel tank at low temperature, with minimal nutrition as required, with the clear objective of achieving a very slow fermentation.

Fermentation stopped by thermal shock and tangential filtration.

A wine of great aromatic expression and balance, floral notes and tropical fruit dominate the aroma, velvety on the palate with vibrant acidity in perfect harmony with the residual sugar, young, intense, captivating.
