US Country: Fiji

A fabulous rum from Fiji's only active distillery. The distillery is extremely versatile and produces rums that range from vibrant and fruity to tangy and spicy. The expression is particularly smoky - a real standout rum.

The nose is relatively bitter with hints of tobacco. The palate is full of smoke that is fabulously complemented by sweet hints of Demerera sugar which continues into the drying finish.
