Charmat method, wine is naturally refermented on selected lees in pressure tanks for 40 days. 

Dull straw yellow coloured with greenish hues. Elegant and fruity with wild flowers, apple, pear and peach notes. Mellow and velvety featuring well balanced sweetness.
