The PM06 Edition is a premium Champagne Grand Cru AOC from the Cote des Blancs Region, coming from the Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger abd Chouilly. Offering a seductive bouquet with aromas of baked apple, quince, and pineapple, complimented by notes of yeast, dough, and toast, as well as floral notes of honey.
 
The 6 edition is aged in oak barrels, giving the Champagne extra spiciness that harmonizes
perfectly with the notes of apple, lime and limestone. Comprised of 84% wines from the 2019
harvest and 16% reserve wine.
