A beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from Anderson Valley where the wild mint "Pennyroyal" grows in the vineyard. Award winning cheese is produced at the winery which lends itself to wines crafted to pair beautifully with food.  

This wine has a sweet nose of Jasmine, a generous mouthfeel with lively notes of grapefruit and fennel and ends with a crisp, clean finish.

After pressing and cold fermentation, the oak maturation program adds complexity to the aromas and flavors and preserves the bright fruit and natural acidity that makes this Sauvignon Blanc so refreshing and enjoyable.
