Our Saskatoon Berry Gin is an Old Tom Style gin.  Created using a base of our London Dry Gin along with a blend of locally grown Saskatoon berries and sustainably sourced hibiscus flowers. The result is a lightly candied mix of sweet fruit and spicy, floral flavours.
