A colour changing London Dry gin made with 16 botanicals, rounded out with the addition of Manitoba violet petals, rose and coloured with Thai Butterfly Pea Flower.  A slightly softer and more floral version of our Patent 5 gin with a bright, juniper-forward aroma with complex citrus and spice notes and a soft finish.
