Pink Power Sour is a vibrant and empowering Tropical Hibiscus POG (passionfruit, orange, guava) Sour Ale, brewed by a passionate team of women and non-binary individuals at Parallel 49 in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society to celebrate International Women’s Day. Bursting with expressive aromas of passionfruit, orange, and guava, this beer opens with bright, tropical fruit notes. A light, cracker-like malt character provides a subtle base, with a touch of sweetness from the special Pink Boots Malt featuring the Canadian-grown Odyssey barley variety from Canada Malting. Clean and refreshing with a moderately high sourness, it finishes with a beautiful pink hue and a delicate tannic touch from hibiscus.
