Nose: Intense first impression, presenting an aromatic, fine and elegant profile with notes of ripe citrus: orange, grapefruit … Pleasantly mixed with elegant herbaceous tones and accompanied by spicy notes: rosemary, thyme, mint, star anise, Cretan dictam, pepper black … Long and very persistent aromatic note. 

Mouth: Powerful vermouth on the palate, with a very fine alcoholic level. Intense to the taste, velvety and fatty glyceride. It presents pleasant and intense spicy notes, very marked but balanced. Notes of wood well combined with the herbs of the initial mixture. Very balanced acid structure with an alcoholic note and the sweet body of the product. On the palate it is long and persistent and has a pleasant bitterness. It is a fine, balanced and highly structured product. 

Service: We recommend serving it cold, between 4º and 6º. It can be accompanied with all kinds of pickles, Roman squid, cockles, olives and also as an accompaniment to chocolate desserts. Ideal for structured cocktails with body, mixed with aged rum, whiskey, bourbons and vodkas.
