Inspired by and originating from Copehnhagen's Noma, a multiple winner of World's Best Restaurant, Muri Drinks takes foraging, fermentation, and flavour layering to new heights in these non-alc beverage creations. A project begun between Murray and Justin Chearno, the legendary wine director at The Four Horsemen restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, sadly Justin tragically passed before the creation was complete. This incredible expression keeps a part of Justin's spirit with us. It is a silky still red made from Stevnsbær sour cherry wine, ice-clarified tomato water, lacto-fermented beetroot, bayleaf and green peppercorn water kefir. Ripe red fruit to the fore with balanced acidity and a luxurious texture, the blend is given intricate savourinouss from the salty beetroot and has a slightly spicy finish.
