Inspired by and originating from Copehnhagen's Noma, a multiple winner of World's Best Restaurant, Muri Drinks takes foraging, fermentation, and flavour layering to new heights in these non-alc beverage creations. This latest collaboration is with a gastronomic icon. Anne-Sophie Pic is the world’s most decorated female chef, holding 12 Michelin stars in her restaurants across the globe. Muri and Anne-Sophie's Chief Executive Sommelier, Paz Levinson, spent two and a half years developing this elegant, inspired creation. A dry sparkling rosé, Uzume is fundamentally inspired by the joyously nostalgic combination of strawberries and cream. Strawberries are fermented in 3 different ways - carbonic maceration, lacto-fermentation, and with a wine yeast - to accentuate their deliciousness. The blend is given its luxurious creaminess from a yoghurt whey. An ice-clarified tomato wine imbues the blend with a complex savouriness. Further intrigue arrives in the form of vanilla that has been smoked gently over beechwood in Muri's smokery.
