MANUEL MARINACCI BARBARESCO DOCG ROCCHE MASSALUPO 750ML

An exceptional Barbaresco that is elegant and refined.

Red garnet with orange tinges on the rim. Alluring and ethereal nose with fragrances of rose petals and ripe berries, while the palate delivers succulent strawberry, mint and mineral notes. Aging adds more complex hints of earth, herbs, truffles and licorice. Well balanced with silky tannins and fresh acidity.

Manual harvest, alcohol fermentation with native yeasts, 30 day maceration on the skins, 30 month ageing in 30 HL Slavonian oak barrels.

In the cellar, winemaker Manuel Marinacci is careful and purposeful allowing for low SO2 throughout élevage and at bottling. Only 500 cases produced annually.
