L’Etoile de Vincent is a nice expression of what Bordeaux is all about.
Predominantly made from Merlot (the king grape variety of the Bordeaux right bank), it offers a delicate blackberry and slightly toasted nose.

On the palate, it is round and well balanced with very pleasant fruitiness and concentration.
It will ideally pair with steaks, burgers or barbecue ribs.
