undertones. A hint of spice and leather may be present, especially with aging. 
Finish: Medium to long finish with well integrated tannins and a persistent red fruit character. 

Aging Potential: Nebbiolo can age well for 5-10 years. Aging helps to soften the tannins and 
develop more complex flavors. 
Food Pairing: Versatile with a range of meats, including grilled steak, pork tenderloin, and 
roasted chicken. Also pairs well with cured meats and charcuterie.
