THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Made from Canadian whisky aged in oak barrels, the whisky of this creation is composed of 98% corn & 2% rye. Whisky is then carefully added with maple syrup from Quebec, recognized worldwide for its quality and exceptional taste. The blend of whisky and maple syrup rests together a few weeks where the magic happens. The liquid is then put at 30% alcohol in order to arrive at a perfectly balanced product that you can enjoy.
TASTING NOTE
The color is a beautiful amber. The nose is dominated by delicacy maple syrup but fragrant with whisky and notes of wood due to the Aging in oak barrels. In the mouth, whisky is present and perfectly combined with the sweetness of maple syrup. Woody notes are present and delicate.
