Carbonic maceration with subsequent spontaneous fermentation in open bocois, this wine is aged for 1 year in the same bocois.
Intense purplish - red color. Aromas of cherry, red plum, cloves and crushed red pepper. On the palate it is broad and voluminous with fluffy tannin and fine touch.
