High Coast Cinco is a beautiful marriage of “5” different Sherry Cask types, Palo Cortado, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, Oloroso and Fino Sherry. Rich and bold in style with spices and sugary notes up front. Then a wave of dried fruits, cinnamon, and nuts. There is medium long finish with a deeper sweetness and fizzy ginger and cinnamon notes.
