PORT BARREL-AGED ALE

This is a collab with Nokomis of Saskatchewan, Category 12 of BC, Low Life of Manitoba, and 2 Crows of Nova Scotia. With ingredients from Red Shed Malting we made an amber, malty ale, then aged it in California Port barrels for 6 months. The result is a spicy beer, with red wine notes and a tannic finish.
