Traditional Mezcals from the pine forested lake region of Michoacán. Ensamble of estate grown Agave angustifolia (espadín) and wild Agave inaequidens. Smoky aroma, wild herbs, molasses, and green apple. The natural notes of agave espadín predominate over the general aroma. Smoky flavor with lime citrus notes; the aftertaste is long-lasting, leaning towards a mineral taste characteristic of the Inaequidens agave.
