TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow with green tinges this sparkling wine is very fruity with flavours of pear, apple and peach. Deliciously fresh and crisp, on the palate the bubbles feel creamy and the fruit aromas are slightly sweet but fresh. 

PAIRING NOTES:  Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany all types of fish, seafood and rice dishes. Serve very chilled, around 4ºC.
